Fastlane is one of the few accident repair businesses in the UK to offer Manufacturer Approved Repairs for many prestige brands, including Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Range Rover, Land Rover, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Mini, Volkswagen, Volvo and more.

These manufacturers have exacting standards which we have to meet in order to retain our approved status. We work very closely with all the manufacturers who recommend us, and participate fully in training and development. We only ever use genuine parts and approved paint.

Fastlane is the approved body shop for a number of prestige dealers, who entrust their vehicles and their reputation to us. We repair the bodywork of their customers’ cars, and work closely with the dealership to ensure seamless service. This is a privilege which we take very seriously. We are vigorously monitored by our dealer partners and pride ourselves on exceeding expectations.

    EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I recently used Fastlane via my insurance to repair damage to my front bumper, side panel and headlight caused by someone reversing into me. I chose Fastlane because they were... only one of the few body shop garages that are approved by Mercedes Benz. My experience with Fastlane was exceptional. From collecting my car, to keeping me updated on the different stages of the repair. They called me once a week to keep me posted and also gave me approx times on how long it would be until the next stage.     They repaired our 3 month old Mercedes which had to have a new door after an unusual incident. Whole job took rather a long time as the door replacement from Mercedes took many weeks. However,... throughout this time we were kept regularly updated by an excellent member of Fastlane staff, Matthew Davies, and having collected the car this morning I am 100% delighted with what I saw.
